24 Hours of trying to get hold of ANYONE

Ive been calling the call centre since Monday morning 27 Jan to be put through to the Southdale branch. 24 hours later and there is still no answer, emails were sent from the call centre to the branch to contact me and ive still not received the call. Its just Murphies Law that when you need urgent assistance that you get this horrible service or rather NO SERVICE
