What is the point of being able to send a Secure Message to your branch? I sent one on Monday morning at around 07h30. On the STD Bank website it says 24 hours for a response - it is now 51 hours and counting. I have been on hold for the Randburg branch manager for about 10 min now as no one at the branch can assist. Once again their systems are down - this seems to be general excuses for not doing their jobs!
As soon as my bond with STD is registered, I WILL be moving to FNB! 24 years of being a loyal customer obviously means nothing.
It's time to start voting with our feet! I'm sick to death of rubbish excuses and non-existent service.
As the call has still not been answered, I will now report STD to the Ombudsman.
Plus I will be sending an account for the j30 minutes of my life that you have wasted so far!
