Opened Standard Bank account and applied for Ucounts reward system in June 2013. To date have not received a card to activate the rewards. Numerous logged calls to the call centre and many empty promises later and I am still waiting. Shocked and dismayed at the pathetic service and empty promises. 7 months to deliver a card!?!?!?!?!
