On 27/11/2013 I received sms stating R399 was debited off my bank account. I immediately went into my branch Fnb sandton city and had the payment reversed. Thankfully the man assisting me got me all the details wit a contact number stating it is Loan Detector he called the company for me. I spoke to an extremely rude and unprofessional woman who told me I should keep quite and listen to her and not talk when she is talking I must learn to read terms and conditions I can do what ever I want its not her problem and she slammed the phone down. I called back and again she refused to assist me in understanding what this R399 is for yet I never used their service... Absolutely disgusting!!!
