Yesterday I got a invoice saying I owe loan detector for a amount of R399 . I never signed up for any Perpectual agreement in brackets so they say. the invoice says the amount is due immediately and if no payment is made my account will be debited.
I never signed up for any contract nor agree for my account to be debited for what service I do not know?
I request that my name be removed from your company and any unlawful debits that may occur in my account will result in a complain to the credit ombudsman.
I will not allow any debits from my account that are unlawful.
