I saw on my bank statement there was a deduction of R399 from Loan Tracer?? I never agreed to anything so that they can take money off my account and don`t even know what there product is for? I phoned them to cancel whatever it is and refund my money immediately and also to delete all my details from their system. The supervisor - Chanelle - told me I have to go to the Police station to lay a charge of Identity and then send it to them! Thats ridiculous! Who is Loan Tracer and what do they even do? I want cancelled what needs to be cancelled and I want my money paid back into my account!! Hopefully they will respond to this as I see they dont respond to customer complaints!
