Very bad serve

Very bad serves, I received an email in December last year, saying that my car insurance premium is going up with 250 od rand, I phoned them to tell them that I don't want my premium so high they told me that the policy is not loaded yet I must phone the next week so I phoned the next week and again please phone next week, so finally today they where able to help me but, they loaded the premium already and its more that they said its going to be in the email, so they said they will credit me for the next month but they loaded the premium to go of on my account on the 28th instead of the 31st like it says in my contract, I asked them to fix it because I haven't got pay yet, they said they will phone me back I am still waiting for that call back, I am very unhappy
