Incorrect billing and not happy about it

Good day, I recently (27th of July) took out a cell phone contract with Telkom/8ta at the Greenstone mall. I was advised that my premium would be R369 pm, as I agreed to it.

The following week I received an email stating that my premiums due for the month of September (the 1st d/o) is going to be double my premium.

This is really pathetic serves and I am not happy at all as I don't think it is fair that my bill is all of a sudden R698.27 for the 1st of September.

The lady I spoke to when taking out the contract did not advise me of this therefore I am furious as it is not good serves to be debited for something that was not explained.

The lady advised me the 1st premium will go of on the 1st of September for the amount I signed for which is R369.00 P/M.

I have two contracts with Telkom/ 8ta. The first phone I took out last year and I was not debit twice for the same product.

I hope that a somebody in high management can get back to me as i am not happy with this, I spoke to a very nice lady earlier by the name of Lungi in the accounts department believe excellent serves should be should be mentioned as well and not just the bad things
