Took money from my savings account

I had made an arrangement with credit card division during the month of december 2013 and had promised to pay R 800.00 on the 27 th of december 2013. Today the 24 december 2013 i went to do christmas shopping for food and i found out that someone had taken out R3500.00 from my savings account. I rushed over to the bank to find out that standard bank credit card had transferred the funds from my savings acc. to the credit card. Standard bank said that they could not help me so they put me through the credit card division to whom i spoke to THANDO SIYADI who was totally rude and un customer friendly. she refused to accept that i had made an arrangement and insisted that i give her proof that i had made and arrangment. i told her that i made an arrangment and did not take down the consultants details. I then told her that this money was for food for my family. she did not want to hear it, all she kept saying, she needed proof. I told her to reversed the transaction and them make another arrangment, she refused. I told her to check the telephone recordings and she was not interested. IF THE AGENT MADE THE ERROR, WHY SHOULD I, THE CLIENT SUFFER. I want my money back.
