I have been raising this issue for quite a while now and no one takes me seriously. I was handed over for non payment of temporary loan. according to my knowledge I would be charged 2% interest, based on pop up report I got before the loan was finalized.
when I got handed over I accepted that I will pay lawyer fees of R1200. however loan amount was subsequently taken off my account. I have been harassed by lawyers asking for R1200 and charging R25 with every phone call. I now owe lawyers R1500, I have asked FNB time and time again to intervene, nothing still.
Am I really paying lawyers R1500 for collection of R200 interest that FNB had charged on the loan? I am really frustrated and feel un-appreciated and I am gonna pay this fee, leave FNB and never look back.
I can't even get a consolidation loan from my own bank instead I get treated like dirt and robbed off more money.
Please don't call me if you have nothing constructive to say. please don't waste my time.
