Its a pity how you treat clients

3 weeks ago i went to Standard Bank for financial assistance after complaining times and again. i was told i qualify for some amount then i went to sign necessary documents it took them 5 day after several calls for them to tell me it was approved or not. and later told me it was not approved because of a member who has already resigned they said he still shows active on the system. well i spoke to a lady from complaints and she advised I would have to wait until the member is removed from CIPC then in 2 weeks and couple of days i go back after sorting it with CIPC and they tell me i do not qualify anymore. it is almost impossible to get any financial assistance from Standard bank even after banking with them for some time. Even for somebody to advise you on the status of application. this is the second complaint within 2 months. Ive really looked up to this bank but now id advise anyone to stay clear of it especially for people running businesses
