I have taken out an insurance with outsurance on 28/01/2014, on the same day i decided i want to cancel this policy, contacted outsurance and was told they will contact me on the next day, next day they tried calleing me and i missed that call, immediately they sms me stateing my policy is still active, i emailed them about 5 times requesting cancelation of the car insurance, on the 29/01/2014 i was contacted again by a person called komotso who then refused to do the cancelation for me, insisting i cannot cancel and had to keep policy, she stated she will email, me a cheaper quote first. i was very unhappy of this service and its unacceptable, they very quick to sign you on, then make you go in circles when you decide and have the right to cancel. i need this insurance cancelled immediatley
