They don't know what they're doing

Nedbank charges me "bank fees'" every month between the 22nd and last day of the month, Yesterday I deposited R310 for a Vodacom deduction. long story short, nedbank decided to take my money, I've been put trough to 7 people who can help me (none can, they pass me on) 45 minutes later (on my cell) and still no help. so again shortly my Vodacom deduction won't go trough, so nedbank will charge me R175 for the bounce, Vodacom will charge me R100 for the bounce, my call cost is 45minutes, and still no help! o and I have to drive 20km to the nearest bank to make yet a nother deposit.
what to do pls can someone tell me.
