I was called on numerous occasion by Miway sales consultants last yr and i was really impressed by the offer made to me, however before i could sign i was told that i needed to take my vehicle into one of their assesments centres within the 1st month of signing. It was yr end and things were soooooo crazy at work that i was not sure if i could take my vehicle in or not, so i mentioned to the agent to please give a month's grace and i will sign in January when i back from leave as things would have been more manegable at work.
i get back to work this week and just as arranged the consutant calls me, however now she quotes me R250 more than what i originally agreed.
Well to cut a long story short, i refused the offer as the R250 was the saving on my current insurer. what i am upset about is Miway should have at least given me a 2 month grace as they knew i was keen on their offer, but they have no regard for people who are busy and dont have the time to do their mandatory assesment.
