Cellphone has been gone to get fixed for 8weeks

I bought a cellphone from this store and was advise to take up insurance as I would be using a voda sim in an MTN phone. After two months the phone stopped charging and I took it in, they said that repairs can take up to a month, which i didn't have a problem with. 8 weeks later i still don't have my phone I call the store daily and i get no response, I called on the 16th of July and was put on hold and the guy was busy talking about champagne and parties while I held for 20mins while he "checked" for my phone, I asked to speak to the manager and she assured me I'd get a response regarding my phone before the store closed and that didn't happen, and I'm forever put on hold when i call them. I'm frustrated and extremely annoyed by the bad service and never they never call back when I leave my details. I'M SICK OF THIS CAUSE I'VE PAID FOR THIS PHONE AND PAY INSURANCE MONTHLY!!!
