I do not recommend this company to anybody. Once you registered your domain with them, it will only be a hassle and frustrating as they do not assist or even try to help you. All they do is try get you off their back, by sending you half correct information.
My client has contacted me to take over the management and search engine marketing of his website. He had a contract with Search Networx /Interface which has now expired.
We are not taking the hosting away, we are simply trying to get access to the website so that we can add content to it. I have been dealing with Wimpie, and now Andrea for almost a month, and only received a back-up of the website (which I can do nothing with) and limited access to the website.
These companies take their time to get back to you, and just plain ignore my complaints, when they do respond they are rude.
I have also spoken to a Devin who promised to email me all the required information and I still haven't received any feedback.
My client has paid for his website to be built, so technically the website belongs to him. We should be able to access the website and change it as we please.
