I got a deduction from my account of a sum of R480, l then enquired with the and Dispute department where l was informed it was for the credit card which was handed over at Connack & Muller and was paid-out/settled. I then contacted the latter and was informed that their client FNB isnt supposed to do that. I then called FNB and was transferred from one person to the next without any assistance. I spend 31 minutes on the phone. I also wrote to complaints department
