I went onto [URL Removed] yesterday to get a quote for short-term household contents insurance. After confirmation of my details and viewing my quote, I opted for a callback on one of the offers. Within 15 minutes, a consultant by the name of Kurt contacted me and took me through the offers. He's got exceptional phone etiquette and very polite, he did not rush, never spoke abruptly and always said thank you. This for me is very hard to find these days, customer service is so important these days and you could hear the smile on his face by the way he responded. I ended up taking one of the offers where Kurt then re-directed my call to Dial Direct. I AM HIGHLY IMPRESSED AND I WILL SURELY RECOMMEND HIPPO TO ANYONE IN NEED. Keep up the good work, sometimes a good, friendly consultant is all it takes to close the deal.
