Claim Denied

I submitted a claim for of goods from my house, but because there were no sign's of forced entry the claim was denied.
A case of was opened with the police. It was clear that I have been a victim of from my house which is the exact reason why I took out insurance in the first place.
After waiting a month to get a response on my claim IWize from FNB direct referred to a line on page 28 of a 54 page document stating that there needed to be sign's of visible forced entry.
They are unwilling to consider any form of payout due to this one line.
In my view this is not morally correct as it is clear that I was a victim of house. Treating clients as a contract without even considering the circumstances and what is fair is shocking.
