Some people had hacked my account & took my money

Between the 20th & 21th of Dec 2013, some clever people managed to access my account illegally & took all my money. I had my card with me, I never lost my card, or given to somebody, they made transactions total amount of R10080.00, I notified the bank on the 21st December 2013 at around 8H30, they gave a turnaround of 14 days, including public holiday, meaning they supposed to come back to me on the 4th of Jan 2014, they never did, i went to the bank on the 6th Jan 2014, to inquire about the case, I was helped by the Thembi Zikhalia, the gave me a different turnaround date, without explain themselves why they did not contacted me on the 04th jan, the new date is 14th Jan, so asked why? branch manager said they did not open weekend and holidays, so i said to him, 1st i came in the bank on Saturday, secondly, capitec bank is always open on Saturday & Sunday, the way he counted 14 days, from the day I was at the bank, will be on the 13th Jan, but they gave me the 14th, i asked him why not 13th, he said a day does not a make a difference, maybe to you but to me it makes a huge difference. He is very rude, he does not have people skills, he does not deserve toleadpeople
