I applied for a building loan of R20000 which i got but had disagreement with the hardware because they were charging and extra 10% on their prices without informing me claiming am buying on credit, which didnt make sense to me because they got their money the same day so am as good as having paid cash am a creditor to Real people not them, so i returned the merchandise and closed the account with Real people and they refunded the money back to Real People, but now my ITC on transunioun is not updated it still shows that i have an open account with you, i would like this updated urgently to closed or paid up as i want to reaply for the loan at another hardware store. Even when i use ur cellphone service it still shows this account as active. Please help
