Just been beeped

I withdrew money from an atm on 5 jan. The money was not dispensed and i received a slip saying that there was an error and that i should contact my branch. I did so on 6 jan at Greenstone, where I was told that it would take 2 weeks to sort out, which is an awfully long time if you think about it.

I then went to Festival Mall branch on 23 Jan. They told me that the queery was only attended to on 22 Jan. So what I was told would take 2 weeks to sort out, took 2 weeks and 2 days just to have a look at.

BEEP PATHETIC.

And to top it all, this had to happen in Jan.
