My cards "expired"

I had been a customer for over 40 years and was a Prestige Plan client. The benefits of Prestige Plan did not appeal to me, and decided to downgrade to Elite Plan. The consultant (Kolonnade branch Montana, Pretoria) said that I do not need to worry about the cards, they will remain valid until the expiry date. Guess what, I cannot log into my bank accounts anymore or do transactions on my cards. Fortunately I have a Encore plan at FNB otherwise I would have have had really problems. I am not going to stand this one of several frustrations I am going to take all my business to FNB after the debit orders are through at the end of the month. I have spent two visits totalling 6 hours to sort this out in vain. (Wednesday and Thursday). PM Roos
