FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS THE SERVICE I HAVE BEEN RECIEVING FROM CAPITEC HAS BEEN PATHETIC, THEIR ADMIN DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN MESSING WITH MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE BEEN PHONING THEM FOR CLARIFICATION AND EVEN WENT TO THE BRANCH AND NOBODY GAVE ME PROPER EXPLANATION INSTEAD I WAS TOLD THAT SOMEBOBY WILL PHONE ME FOR EXPLANATION AND I AM STILL WAITING.

APPARENTLY DEBIT ORDERS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO GO THROUGH DURING DECEMBER COULD'NT GO THROUGH DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY WERE SHORTSTAFFED . THEY ONLY WENT THROUGH IN JAN WHICH LEFT MY ACCOUNT WITH A MINUS BUT I WAS CONTACTED FOR ARRANGEMENTS BUT TO MY SUPRISE AGAIN ON JANUARY THEY REVERSE THE MONEY TWICE AND THEY DEDUCT IT AGAIN . AGAIN ONOTHER MONEY WAS DEPOSITED AND REVERSED ..THIS IS CONFUSING NOT SURE IF THIS DEPARTMENT DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING .

I NEED THIS TO BE SORTED OUT AS MY ACCOUNT IS IN MESS AND NOBODY IS CONTACTING ME FOR CLARIFICATIONS.
