Poor Service - Branch Unavailable Telephonically

I have been uable to get hold of my Gezina Branch for 2 days and after logging a complaint with the complaint line no assitance or update was provided.
I also have a Bank card that can be found on the FNB system hence no banking can be done even after highlighting the issue to my branch.
