For two weeks now I have been trying to open an online banking profile to be able to withdraw Paypal funds and a simple error which pops up when trying to submit the form in respect of invalid cell phone code they are unable to fix.
I have send several emails, was at branch level already, contacted Paypal to notify them about their partner making them look bad and this problem just cannot be solved.
When calling the contact centre one gets passed around like a hot potato from department to department.
The worst of all, they make you look like you are doing something wrong on the submission, but seeing all the complaints on Hello Peter now it is clear that they are most probably well aware of the problem and are trying to make the problem go away while not wanting to look bad to the public.
I do not understand how a bank like that does not know the cardinal rule when switching systems you run both simultaneously first to identify all the problems with the new one. The people is charge obviously have no clue what they are doing.
They should just but a temporary redirect on their page saying "Ok, we up, will let you know when we have cleared all the bugs in the code! "
