I submitted a claim after my contract ended by my previous employer on the 21st June 2013. Since I summitted the claim there was no feedback regarding my claim I assumed they didn't get my documents or my claim was declined, however I still continued paying my account to avoid any defaults. On the 19th September 2013 I received an SMS advising me that my documents have been received and submitted to the claims department. On the 24th September 2013 I got an SMS advising my my account is in default and I will be listed. I then contacted the collections department and spoke to Rosline as she advised me that I have been listed because they detacted that I am working. I didn't get any feedback in 3 months and continued paying my account as I wasn't contacted and assumed they didn't get my documents and I didn't want to do there work for them by me following up all the time. She adviced me that she will ask her Supervisor to contact me and I'm still waiting. I called again spoke to Mery Mafatsa and she also told me a supervisor I they will call me still no call. I guess customer service isn't important to them
