ABSA IDIRECT INSURANCE REFUSES TO PAY MY CLAIM!

Please if you are looking for a car insurance DO NOT opt for Absa Iderect look elsewhere! it is a pain for them when they need to pay for your claims, i took a comprehensive insurance cover with them on February this year, my car was broken into and the radio was on 02.06.2013. They paid for the window and are refusing to pay for the radio because i did not specify that it not factory installed (i gave false info???). i did declare that i have a JVC radio when i took this policy, it is also specified on the contract that they will pay for the radio. I am told that my claim is with the manager to make the final decision and he/she is on leave and they don't know when they will be back in the office. Their consultants" attitude too!
