Non payment of claim

I have been with outsurance for several years and have three vehicles and two households insured. I have paid the premiums diligently. And now when I have a claim for for a cheap radio and GPS I am told that I didn't specify. Outsurance I haven't specified anything on all my policy as I was told that here wasn't a need to do this by your sales consultant. I have requested that you check on this five days ago and was to, d that I will receive feedback in two days and till date nobody has the decency to call me to rectify this issue. I am very disappointed with your service and I wonder if my any of my new vehicles have their radio or GPS if you will just say hat I didn't have this in my vehicle. How can you also expect me to advise you every time I take my gps or wireless device in my car. Be realistic people. If this is how you do claims then I need to move to a company that can see to professional payouts and insurance quotes.
