I thought I would try my luck at getting a response using social media around my submitted claim as it appears my attempts via the [Email Removed] mailbox are proving to be fruitless.
I submitted a claim to standardbank insurance department 4 weeks ago - Claim no: 13/059946 - and despite two subsequent follow up's to that same mail box, I am getting no response from standbank.
All supporting documentation and letter outline the incident has been submitted. I have requested an urgent resolution to my claim as I have paid for the incident from my own pocket in the mean time.
Hopefully this avenue of communication will prove more effective.
