I submitted my claim mid july via email but i havent recieved any aknowledgement of reciept i sent so many emails but no one ever responed to them, upon enquiring i was told to contact Vuyo telephonically i could not get hold of him, via email he does not respond to them eitheir. Yesterday i called again i was told to hung up they will get back to me up to now i havent recieved neither the email nor the telephone call as per promise i begin to doubt if this is real or is just one of the which are there to rip us off because no professional people who can treat their clients like this. your investigation to this matter will be highly appreciated.
