I sent a request to change my insurer on my Home Loan. I completed the form Hloni sent me with the new policy document to the email address on the form, [Email Removed] . This was on 17/01/2014. I have since not recieved any feedback!!!
I have requested feedback via email, and phoned on the 22/01/2014, Ref: CRC1525288 . The lady I spoke to said I would get a confirmation email that my email was recieved - to date I have not yet recieved it. I phoned again on 23/01/2014, spoke to K Shezi who advised that I send the form directly to him but he also did not claim reciept and I have still not heard anything. I WANT THE INSURANCE CANCELLED BEFORE MY NEXT DEBIT ORDER!!!
