Im so dissapointed with the service that i receive with TFG, i have been sending them a lot of emails requesting them to send me my statements via email and also remove me from their telephone marketing data base without success! can you guys take action, i want my statements from janury 2012 to date as i havent recieved any statements from you since i took out this account with you and also remove me from your marketing base! i spoke to Wahida who said she will look onto it, to date i havent heard from her! i ant to know on what have i been paying for and so on.
