To whom it may concern
I have been with ADT for the past 3 years, this is my second complaint about ADT and i have absolutely nothing good to say about this company, if i could terminate my contract the first time i had a problem i would but i was told i could not.
I have signed a 3 year contract and now it is time to end contract but nothing is being done. i have called ADT twice already and still no feedback. seems like they only take you serious when you report they poor & disgusting service.
I have called ADT to terminate my contract as 3 years have now come to an end.
I was told to email a cancellation letter which i have done so on the 27-06-2013 @ 12:56.
I then recieved a reply with a ticket no. stating the aknowledgement of my mail and someone will contact me in regards to this cancellation.
Nobody has contacted me since then so i contacted them twice so far, i was told that they never recieve my cancellation mail although i have recieved a reciept of aknowledgement.
It is really sad that we rely on a company so big to see to our safety but cant respond to a single mail or get an agent to contact me.
I am furious with the service i have recieved thus far from ADT
