Not very helpful Call centre

Hi, I must first start by saying that I prefer the old FNB website, the new one is frustrating. Love the iPad app but couldn't do the application I wanted through it so finally I ended up on the phone. Firstly to vehicle finance then had to make a separate call to personal loans. Why is there not someone who can assist with my entire query? I just got passed off to the next agent until finally Sally shrewdly said she would transfer me finally to someone who can help, only for me to arrive on a recorded message that informed me we had now gone into out of office hours?! Not my fault, I have been on the phone long enough! Then it says I can leave a message press 1 but when I don't says sorry this mailbox can not accept any messages as it is full?! Then I am cut off, one hour I will never get back and I am still no closer to the solution I was searching for... I tried to call Sally back in personal loans but she had by this stage (only 2mins after she transferred me) gone home... Please can someone who is actually interested in my business and in helping me contact me tomorrow. Thanks
