I called to lodge a claim, and after I have called 6 times and left messages to be called back i went through to a lady by the name of Nombuso. She did not ask for my Policy number, and wanted my e-mail address, I then asked, as Affinity's client my details should be on the system. Nombuso further instructed me to "just give her the e-mail address" with a tone i did not appreciate.
