I wouldn't recommend affinity to anyone after they took over a month to authorize my claim when it only takes 48 hours to do so. They failed to inform me on all levels about the process of the claim, after numerous phone calls on a daily bases they still didn't have the courtesy to return any of my calls and still have the audacity to have a bad attitude towards a concerned client after i was left without transportation for a month.
