Bad Service. Bad Faith. Six Months

Still waiting for Outsurance to repair/feedback on a car insured with them damaged SIX MONTHS AGO.

After the panels which were removed during the accident were replaced the car was having continous warning lights on the dashboard (Noted by beaters) which the car has NEVER had before as Mercedes SA can confirm.

Outsurance assesssor was called by the repairer (MONTHS LATER) while I was there and he said they were not going to authorise this as they had contacted Mercedes and got a report that it was not accident damage. TURNS OUT NOONE AT OUTSURANCE HAD EVEN CONTACTED HIM.

He was so incensed at this represantation (Exactly OPPOSITE TO HIS WRITTEN REPORT) he wrote an e-mail to tell them NOONE had contacted him at all.

Next Day they finally call him but guess what -they still will not repair the car.

Now same team refused to repair the damage in the cabin reason given1.There were no cracks seen 2.No claim had been sent at the time!

Now:
1.There ARE cracks on the cabin units and
2. INSURER HAS THE RECORD OF THIS from LAST year.

Now after this "NEWS" same assessor is going to get back to me.
Been a week a now and no longer holding my breath.

Is this the best we can expect?
