Re credit card 75012634741.
I am very unhappy at the way business is done at this bank. It is undoubtedly the worst bank I have ever had dealings with, you cannot get anybody to react on any request unless you make numerous calls, money is deducted anytime the bank deems fit regardless of the arranged date of deduction resulting unnecessary bank charges and regardless of your balance more than you owe is deducted.
My statement dated 19/12/2012 the balance read R4031.11. I then paid in Jan 2013 an amount leaving a balance of R31.11. Since nothing has been purchased on the card how can the bank charges amount to over R400.00 on an amount of R31.11. This is absorbitent and ridiculous PLEASE EXPLAIN!!! You cannot deduct more than is owing and expect to render bank charges on what should have been a credit had the R650 gone through, I am disputing the balance of R438.05.
