Unauthorized Debit Orde

Good day. Please be advised, that I am still waiting, a reply from the Authorizations Depart, to contact me regarding the unauthorized debt order. I signed up for the amount of R177.08, of which I have a copy of the contract. A month or two ago, I received notification, via email, that due to the frequent activity regarding claims, my policy will increase to R1880.75 as of 01 July 2013. That was to be understood, as this was a year later. I received a contract, via email, regarding the increase. However, on 01 Aug 2013, R2017.31 was deducted from my account? Please be so kind as to advise, sms, or email, the proof that permission was given to Oneplan, that R2017.31 could be deducted from my account? Also I have spoken with two consultants on Thursday. I had to hold on for 7min 5secs, for a consultant in the Authorizations Depart, who could not assist me and I was told that Management will be contacting me? Please note, that if I do not receive a response by the close of business, 14 August 2013, I will have no other alternative, than to take this matter further.
