Why auction my house if proposal was accepted???

FNB accepted a repayment proposal from my debt counsillour which we hav stuck to and now i receivd an sms stating that "Please pay the full arrears on you bond 3000704233759 within 3 days to prevent property from being sold in auction" some one please explain this to me???
