Even though we never had the money for the excess, (I am grateful for them, trying to do something), that's still no reason for the work done at our place. 1st, my mom is a pensioner, to expect her to pay R1800 excess is ludicrous. 2nd, nobody there knows what's going on. You constantly have to tell each & every consultant what happened. 3rd, even after agreeing on something, the plumbers asked us to pay R1800 excess. 4th, almost 2 weeks after the new PIECE of ceiling was fitted, it's still not painted. After our geyser leaked we were told that it would not be a good idea to remove it, "To costly they say and dangerous". So I suggested that they remove it through the ceileing, and they say, we gonna fit it outside. Now here is the sad flippen part, you break out the damaged ceiling to have a new piece fitted. Which by the way, IS JUST UNDER WERE THE OLD GEYSER IS. So can somebody there please explain the logic in that? I patiently await somebodies reply to the last part of the complaint.

Gonna be moving to Old Mutual after this.
