In 2012 (june, july, august) I was in arrears with a personal loan that I have with fnb. I paid the arrears amount in full in september of 2012. I found that I am still marked as in default with credit bureau. Upon phoning the call centre I was given number after number after number, being told that I'm not at the right section. I spent almost 180 rand trying to have them fix this but still unsuccessful. I cannot get them just to contact credit bureau and rectify this matter.
