On Friday I purchased a take away and it turned out that my account was debited twice, I called the FNB call centre and I was advised that it was only my account that was debited twice and that the transaction at the restaurant only went through once, but in order for the transaction to be reversed I have to go back to the restaurant and they have to put a request through to their bank to deposit the money into my account, This makes no sense and is a complete waste of my time, extremely disappointed in FNB!!!
