All payments done not reflecting

During February 2011 I took up a loan of R8000.00 with standard Bank. I was using a cheque account by then. I requested a debit order to be loaded in the cheque account, But was loaded in saving account which I was no longer using at that time, which resulted to default in payment and 3 month after I was handed over to Kevin Moodley and Associates account no 42094832 ref no SLIL 4308 which I was referred by Standard Bank. From June 2011 I started paying them installments of between R600.00 -R655.00 and sometimes even more, about 13 payment in total. One of those payment was debited in February 2012. After those 13 payment Standard Bank started debiting large payment amount of R2000.00, R4000.00, R3000.00 and R655, 00 X2 in consecutive month from my Bank Account apparently because payment from Kevin Moodley and Associates did not reflect, I was told that payment from Kevin Moodley and Associates did not reflect and they have being liquidated and none of those 13 payment were credited, Recently my account is again handed to R.L Attorneys Ref no 4099819. I have Faxed them proofs of payments for 3 times to fax number 031 538 1900 and the payment have not been allocated to date
