I took out a personal loan from Standard Bank in December 2011. I paid my installments until the end of March 2012 when I was retrenched from my previous employer. I notified the bank and the insurance paid an amount, and I had to pay the balance. In July 2012 somebody from the loans department contact me to make payment arrangements. Twice I made deposits of R550.00, and there after Standard Bank took the installments directly from my savings account to do the payments. The last payment of R807.37 was on 08 February 2013, to settle the loan. Today I had a call from a attorney company to say that the last payment I made, was in March 2012. Where is all my payments gone to??? I need an explanation!!!
