Client suffering cause of Standard Bank mistake

I paid up my Standard Bank Credit card about 1 years ago, Standard Bank gave me the bank account I must pay it into and a REF number (proof of payment available). Last year April or May 2012. Standard Bank could for some reason not find the payment and black listed me. Then in Dec 2012 I had to pay the R2500 again cause they could not find the payment. I went into the branch and they said they could not assist me I must phone the call centre. I emaild the attorneys the handed me over to 5 times where they approached Standard but still no luck. Know when at last they found the payment after second time of paying it my status has still not been updated till this day. I phoned the call centre 5 times and every time it will take 14 days to update my status to paid up but its still not done. I am engaged and is unable to get a home loan cause of Standard Bank. I want my status updated to paid up and removed from black listing cause this was not my fault for them unable to find the 1st payment.
