Useless!!! Everyone is useless

I have a cracked windscreen and i have spent the last hour trying to get through to a call centre as everytime i get through they put the phone down on me and it is extremely frustrating!!!
I put a claim thriugh last month and have yet to hear anything about it!!! Dont and say you pride yourselves on customer service when you dont give a!!!
