I realize that i am on the wrong contact, so every month i reach my limit. Then call in to increase it. This is an absolute nightmare. its cost me i call of 10minutes everytime. Useless people who dont know how there own system works. When i took my contact out i took the BIS feature. That does not exist any longer so i am now paying for it. What i rip off. Nashua Mobile is ripping ppl off. Where do you hear of a company that runs its statement date from the 15th to the 15th of each month and the airtime from the 1 st to the 1st of each month. this is very confusing and someone needs to investigate. Its so frustrating when promises are made. When ppl say dont worry Mr Padayachee it will be done. Just give it an hour or two. Five hrs later no luck and cost u a 25min call. Nashua Mobile stop advertising good deals and start getting your shocking service in order.
