Blacklisting

In 2006 I had a credit card and current account with Standard bank and lost my job. My account number was 05 0500309. As a result of that I accumulated debt on both cards.

Eventually the full amount was paid in 2007 and both accounts were closed. A year ago I found out that I had been blacklisted by Standard Bank and I wrote to them requesting a confirmation letter to say the debt had been settled and up until now I am still waiting.

Please help.
